Systematic Review Information:
Study Goal
The primary objective of this research project is to determine whether rehabilitation interventions, compared to standard care, are effective in improving outcomes in ICU survivors of COVID-19. The goal is to generate a comprehensive review of the literature that investigates early rehabilitation activities performed by allied health professionals on patients recovering from severe COVID-19 infection. This research will also evaluate the relationship between frailty and efficacy of early rehabilitation interventions in the ICU.
