Types of models of care: integrated models of care; shared care models; collaborative care models; medical home models; skill mix models of care; care delivery models; model of service delivery; and care coordination models 3. Care provided outside of hospital settings including outpatient settings, ambulatory care settings, community health centres, long term care facilities, and community care settings	1. Not IBD 2. Focused on inpatient models of care 3. Investigated the integration of mobile apps into care 4. Investigated types of provider payment methods 5. Investigated treatment approaches (e.g., therapeutic drug monitoring frameworks, precision medicine approaches, treat to target strategies, pharmacogenomics, non-invasive monitoring of biologic markers) 6. Not in English 7. Conference abstract 8. Does not study a model of care 9. Other
